It is all Julie described to me except for the a/c...it has none. There is some tree cover, but it is between other units and the insulation is better than homes in CA. Julie drops off the checks and picks up the keys tomorrow, although we don't officially take occupancy until 10/1. She'll be measuring and take pictures to put up here.
She no longer has to spend 2hrs a day surfing the net, calling/emailing and looking at places. No more disappointments...working toilets in the kitchen pantry, cat pee stench, and other amazing stories. So she's happy about that!
We didn't save as much as we would have liked while living rent free. I'm not sure exactly how, but our credit card bill has been staggering for the last couple months...probably because we could. Time to tighten the ol' belt!
Julie has a craft show Saturday...if you have any mind control powers, please will people to buy crap, I mean crafts, from her. Hopefully this one is better than the last, it would not be hard to beat.
