Just had some awesome homemade enchiladas and salsa while Julie said she was going to die every 20 seconds...because that's the gap between lightning strikes. This morning, the news warned us of hail, thunder, and tornadoes. We still aren't used to 'real' weather yet...so it's seems a little like the end of the world every time we get some exciting weather.
Thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday. We had some great food and went bowling, because we're awesome high rollers like that. We may extend it to see Iron Man Dos and go out for a nice dinner (not sure Red Robin is a real birthday meal for anyone over 7 yrs old).
We can't wait to see everyone who plans to come out and visit us this summer!
