Oh hail no!

Well, it appears, no matter the season, the weather is crazy.

We've had a few thunder storms lately, some light rain, tornadoes, hail, and wind up to ~60mph.

Tonight, we had (by our, still Californian (pronounced "wimp-y"), standards) the holy grail of hail.
We were trying to watch tv when the rain got way too loud, we couldn't hear a damn thing.
We turned on the patio light and this is what we saw outside!
Between the time it took to grab this sucker, siphon, smack, walk it upstairs, do a photo-shoot, name it, put it on the scale, measure and note all dimensions, it had shrank a bit. However, it was still over 3/4 inch. Very healthy indeed.

We tried video, but it was way too dark.
