Crazy weather

So, we thought spring was on its way.....but it took a slight detour. For the past 2 days it was raining and snowing almost non-stop. They (again) deployed the National Guard to set up shelters off of one of the mountain highways (they closed approx. 180 miles of it). But we were all snug and warm inside watching the snow fall. Things are starting to green up. The backyard is now mostly green with patches of brown instead of the other way around and trees are sprouting buds and leaves.

Not much else is going on. Julie is prepping for her 2-day craft show next weekend, we are still looking for jobs (no leads or interviews yet....which isn't all bad), watched the kids half day Friday and are probably going to sit back with a big bowl of popcorn and watch a movie tonight......life is rough here in CO.
